Crusher Plant Manager

As a Crusher Plant Manager, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of the crusher plant to ensure efficient and safe functioning. You will actively monitor plant activities, supervise the plant staff, and maintain harmony among team members. Your responsibilities will include training new staff, monitoring production levels, and adjusting schedules to meet targets. It is crucial to maintain and inspect machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to prevent downtime. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the crusher plant with real-time plant presence - Actively monitor plant activities to ensure efficiency and safety - Manage and supervise plant staff, ensuring harmony among team members - Train new staff and monitor performance of existing employees - Adjust production schedules to meet targets - Maintain and inspect machinery to prevent downtime - Implement and enforce safety protocols and SOPs - Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly - Follow internal ERP systems and ensure adherence to checklists and task delegation modules - Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations - Manage local stakeholders in a responsible manner - Promote and maintain the company's reputation and values - Submit timely reports and performance updates to management - Maintain a minimum notice period of 3 months before resignation - Understand duties of subordinates and be capable of stepping into any role during emergencies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Please note that this is a full-time position based in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.
