Crowdfunding Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement crowdfunding strategies tailored to specific campaigns and target audiences.

2. Manage all phases of crowdfunding campaigns — pre-launch, live campaign management, and post-campaign follow-up.

3. Select and manage appropriate crowdfunding platforms (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, GoFundMe, Patreon, etc.).

4. Create compelling campaign content including descriptions, updates, FAQs, graphics, and promotional videos.

5. Build and manage communication strategies to engage potential backers before, during, and after the campaign.

6. Coordinate marketing efforts across social media, email newsletters, PR outreach, and paid advertising to drive traffic to campaigns.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product, finance) to ensure campaign consistency and quality.

8. Develop and manage reward structures and fulfillment plans for backers (if applicable).

9. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet funding goals.

10. Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

11. Build and nurture a community of supporters, investors, and advocates.

12. Stay informed about crowdfunding trends, best practices, regulations, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a storytelling mindset

3. Basic understanding of digital platforms, crowdfunding tools, and content formats

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail

5. Passion for social impact and fundraising initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
