As the Training Lead, you bring a passion for training, learning, and collaboration to ensure team members across the Localization and Fulfillment businesses have impactful, engaging, and memorable learning experiences. You play a key role in collaborating with stakeholders to maintain a globally consistent, accurate, and up-to-date Training Program. Working with decentralized team members responsible for creating source content, you ensure training is delivered effectively. Your primary responsibilities include partnering with teams to define learning programs and needs while aligning efforts with department goals and KPIs. You oversee the development of programs/modules to ensure they are global, accurate, and relevant through collaboration with subject matter experts, business analysts, and technical project managers. You provide support to Instructional Designers in transforming source training materials into interactive eLearning content. You are responsible for the successful deployment and adoption of learning initiatives, monitoring expected outcomes, and sharing Training Best Practices with content creators. Ensuring training is available through various methods such as eLearning, live sessions, and Q&As is crucial. You maintain the learning inventory, schedule feedback sessions with stakeholders, update the Learning Catalogue, and coordinate Monthly Live Training Calendar opportunities. Handling LMS administration, enrollments, and reporting progress on learning initiatives to managers are part of your duties. You identify areas for improvement and suggest changes based on technology advancements and industry standards. Building cross-functional alliances, owning the onboarding experience, and embodying company values contribute to a positive company culture. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Production, Post Production Studies, or relevant experience. With 4+ years of experience in Training and/or L&D, delivering global programs at scale, you should possess excellent communication skills, empathy towards learners, and strong organizational abilities. Experience in subtitling, dubbing, scripting, audio workflows, and knowledge of tools like Workday and Moodle are desirable. Your adaptability to changes, technical expertise, and ability to engage with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.,
