Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline Deliver on personal sales targets and KPIs, including number of proposals, conversion rates, and revenue goals Identify potential audit opportunities covering technical and other delivery aspects of facilities Develop technical solutions for MEP utilities including HVAC systems, UPS installations, and chiller applications based on client requirements Conduct technical site assessments to identify client needs and solution opportunities Support proposal process with accurate technical content, specifications, and pricing models Maintain thorough documentation in CRM365 platform for all prospect and client interactions Build and nurture client relationships through technical expertise and consultative selling Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in building systems and energy efficiency Work with implementation teams to ensure smooth transition of technical requirements Complete all other duties related to solution development and technical sales support Demonstrate ingenuity in daily responsibilities Experience: 5 years of technical operations, solution development, or sales engineering in facility management or related fields Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales and lead generation targets Technical background with practical knowledge of building systems Experience engaging directly with clients to understand technical requirements Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear value propositions Success in solution-based selling approaches Experience with CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines Background in preparing and delivering technical proposals Skills: BTech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical required Strong numerical aptitude and data analysis ability Excellent in lead generation and qualification Sales-driven mindset with familiarity in sales methodology Consultative selling approach focused on client understanding Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong client presentation capabilities Learning agility across JLL's real estate product and service offerings Self-motivated and able to work independently toward sales goals Problem-solving attitude for technical challenges Good time management to handle multiple prospects and proposals Proficient in CRM systems and other sales tools Behavioral Competencies: Results-driven with clear focus on goals and outcomes Technical curiosity to continuously learn about systems and technology Client-focused with a value-delivery mindset Persistent in lead follow-up and opportunity pursuit Detail-oriented in technical documentation and proposals Adaptable to varying client needs and requirements Collaborative with internal teams for solution development Takes initiative in identifying and acting on opportunities Business-savvy with understanding of client outcomes Innovative in solving technical challenges creatively
