Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female CRM Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of computers, and a customer-centric mindset. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are ready to contribute to customer relationship management and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare basic reports and documentation.
• Perform general office duties related to CRM and customer interaction

Key Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Good communication skills (Hindi and/or English)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, CRM software)
• Ability to handle customer calls and manage follow-ups
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
