Job Summary:

• Coordinate effectively with clients and customers to address and resolve their queries promptly and professionally
• Maintain excellent communication to build strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist in managing client accounts and update client information regularly to ensure accuracy
• Support the director and senior management by completing all assigned tasks and projects within deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client-related activities and follow-ups
• Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and suggest actionable solutions
• Handle documentation and prepare reports related to client interactions and feedback as required
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
• Uphold the company’s values and represent K95 Foods Pvt Ltd with a positive and professional attitude
