CRM Integration Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and batch processes. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translating them into technical specifications will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will build and maintain custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Build and maintain custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Builder - Manage and optimize large-scale data flows between CRM platforms and data warehouses - Ensure secure and compliant data transfer using encryption, RBAC, and enterprise security best practices - Automate tasks and backend processes using Python, Node.js, or other scripting languages - Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, system syncs, and error handling processes - Partner with business and technical teams to support CRM-related reporting needs - Maintain documentation for integration flows, architecture, and operational procedures - Stay current with CRM platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging integration technologies Qualifications Required: - 5+ years hands-on development experience in Salesforce including Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC), Flow Builder, and REST/SOAP integrations - Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) or experience developing for managed package or batch - Strong object-oriented skills plus proficiency in Python or Node.js for task automation - Ability to write complex SQL queries, window functions, and optimization techniques - Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with front-end build tools - Experience with enterprise integration patterns, message queues, bulk/batch APIs, change-data-capture, and error-resilient pipelines - Knowledge of data privacy, encryption, and role-based access controls in enterprise settings Please note that the job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
