Job Description

  • Advise clients on home loan options and pre-qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to match buyers with financing solutions.
  • Assist clients in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Partner with financial institutions and mortgage lenders to coordinate loan approval and funding.
  • Monitor loan process from application to closing, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Educate clients on loan terms, rates, and repayment structures.
  • Stay informed of current mortgage rates, lending guidelines, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal lending regulations.
  • Maintain detailed client records in CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
