Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update customer profiles and transaction history in the CRM system Welcome and assist walk-in customers; capture details for future engagement Manage follow-up calls and messages for customer visits, inquiries, and events Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotions and loyalty programs Assist in organizing customer appreciation events and sending personalized messages (birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, etc.) Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service Generate regular reports on customer feedback, preferences, and engagement Maintain confidentiality of client data and uphold brand values Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM software exposure is a plus) Ability to work in a luxury retail or showroom environment.
