CRM Executive (Male)

· Candidate should be responsible for servicing the clients after receiving the order till the collection of the payment from the client.

· Maintain and Build the excellent working relationship with the customers.

· Candidate should provide the support to clients about company products or services.

· She should understand the client queries.

· Improved Customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing and resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

· She should be responsible for the coordination with the internal departments.

· Candidate should be confident, soft spoken and hard working.

· Candidate should be good in follow-up.

· Maintained long-term relationships with the clients.

· She should be polite and able to communicate properly with the clients.

· She should be able to understand the circumstances and act according.

· She should always be available on calls.

· She should have the ability to communicate confidently- both through speaking & writing emails.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,112.51 per month
