Job Description

CRM System Administration: Ensuring the CRM system's data is accurate and reliable, managing user access, and maintaining system integrity.
Data Management: Entering and updating customer information, sales leads, and other relevant data to build a comprehensive customer database.
Customer Support: Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints effectively.
Customer Retention: Developing and implementing strategies to retain existing customers, understanding their needs and behaviors to foster loyalty.
Data Analysis: Analyzing customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement, measure customer satisfaction, and inform company strategy.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure an integrated approach to the customer experience.
User Training: Providing training and support to other users of the CRM system to ensure efficient and effective use.
Reporting: Generating reports on customer interactions, campaign effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction to leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
