Job Title: Process Coordinator Intern Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support and manage end-to-end operational processes within our real estate business. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating sales, marketing, legal, and site operations to ensure smooth execution of property transactions and project workflows. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate internal processes between sales, marketing, legal, and site teams for residential and commercial real estate projects. Track the progress of customer bookings, agreements, loan documentation, and handover stages. Ensure timely follow-ups and document collection from clients and internal teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM or ERP system. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, allotment letters, and other client-facing documentation. Liaise with banks, legal teams, and other third-party service providers to streamline processes. Identify process delays and proactively resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely project milestones. Generate regular reports on process performance and escalate critical issues to management.
