Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely quotations for client inquiries.

Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for price details and delivery timelines.

Maintain quotation records, follow-ups, and reports.

Support sales and procurement teams in negotiations and order processing.

Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and office coordination.

Maintain files, records, and databases (quotations, purchase, etc.).

Assist in vendor/client communications and internal coordination Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Requirements

Any Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in admin, quotations or sales coordination roles.

Good communication (written & verbal) and negotiation ability.

Proficient in MS Office & Knowledge of ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
