CRM counter sales - Jewelry Company (Only Female)

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to greet and meet customers as they arrive at the shop. Your role will involve listening to their needs and providing explanations to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for presenting customers with the required jewellery, offering information on pricing and discounts, as well as assisting them in wrapping and bagging their purchases. Furthermore, you will play a key role in managing the shop's inventory by accurately entering items into the computer system. Additionally, your assistance will be needed in the daily display of all items available for sale in the shop. You will be expected to engage with customers, address their queries in a respectful manner, and strive to contribute to an increase in jewellery product sales. Meeting the goals set by the employer will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund.
