As a CRM Account Manager & Marketing Automation Specialist at WebQ Media, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional CRM solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and configuring client CRM accounts on platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc. to ensure optimal setup and performance. - Designing and implementing customized CRM workflows and automations that align with client goals and enhance business operations. - Integrating third-party applications and services with CRM systems to expand functionality and improve overall performance. - Providing training and support to clients to help them effectively utilize CRM features and tools. - Monitoring CRM performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions to optimize client workflows. - Assisting in developing client engagement and retention strategies using marketing automation tools. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure CRM solutions align with client business needs and objectives. - Continuously improving CRM processes, workflows, and automation strategies to drive client success and satisfaction.
