Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Critical Homecare Nurse based in New Delhi, with some work from home flexibility. The Critical Homecare Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring patient health conditions, and coordinating with the patient’s primary physician to develop and implement personalized care plans. The role will also include tasks associated with post-hospital discharge care, chronic illness care, and preventive family care.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Nursing and Patient Care
• Experience in Home Care and Medicine
• Proficiency in Wound Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a homecare setting
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in critical care or home healthcare is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing,GNM ANM
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
