Job Summary

Critical Care Nurses

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to critical patients in home environments.
  
• Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP machines, and infusion pumps.
  
• Administer medications (IV/IM/oral) as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Perform nursing procedures such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, catheterization, wound care, etc.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing reports.
  
• Coordinate with the Apollo medical team, family members, and emergency services when required.
  
• Educate family members on patient care practices and hygiene protocols.
  
• Adhere strictly to infection control and patient safety protocols.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Education

  : GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory); M.Sc. Nursing (Preferred)

• Experience

  : 0 to 10 years of hands-on ICU/CCU/NICU experience

• Certifications

  :
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
  
• BLS/ACLS certified (Preferred)
  

Skills Required

• Excellent clinical judgment and emergency response ability
  
• Familiarity with ventilators, monitors, infusion devices, and ICU protocols
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Empathetic, ethical, and patient-centric approach
  
• Ability to work independently in home settings
