Key Responsibilities: - Inspire and train young cricketers to develop their skills and reach their full potential - Create and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of individual players - Provide guidance and support to help players improve their techniques and strategies - Organize and oversee practice sessions, matches, and other cricket-related activities - Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive and successful training program Qualifications Required: - Prior experience as a Cricket Coach, with a strong understanding of the game and coaching techniques - Certification in coaching or relevant field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with players of all ages and skill levels - Passion for cricket and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment - Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and contribute to the overall success of the academy,
