Cricket Coach

About the Role:

Birla Open Minds School is looking for an energetic and passionate Cricket Coach to train and mentor students in the fundamentals and advanced techniques of cricket. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a love for the game, and the ability to work with students across different age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct cricket coaching sessions for various grade levels.
• Train students in batting, bowling, fielding, and game strategies.
• Organize inter-house, inter-school, and friendly matches or tournaments.
• Monitor student performance and provide individual feedback.
• Ensure student safety and discipline during all sports activities.
• Maintain cricket equipment and manage inventory.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness among students.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cricket coach or player (district/state/national level preferred).
• Certification from a recognized sports authority (NIS, ICC Level 1/2, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cricket techniques, rules, and coaching methods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
