Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cricket Coach located in Ahmedabad. The Cricket Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting practice sessions, coaching players on technical and strategic aspects of cricket, and monitoring individual and team performance. The role also involves mentoring players, fostering teamwork, and ensuring skill development aligned with the academy's goals. Qualifications Proven expertise in Cricket Coaching and in-depth knowledge of the game of Cricket Strong Communication and Coaching skills for effectively guiding individuals and teams Ability to conduct Training sessions that enhance players' technical and physical capabilities Leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate and inspire players Prior coaching certifications or experience in a professional sports environment is a plus Organizational skills to plan schedules and manage team challenges efficiently
