Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Member located in Chennai. The Crew Member will be responsible for daily tasks such as greeting customers, taking and fulfilling orders, preparing and serving coffee and baked goods, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and assisting in creating a welcoming and visually appealing café space.

Qualifications

Customer service skills and experience in customer interaction
Experience in food and beverage preparation and handling
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Organizational skills and the ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Passion for coffee and a flair for creativity is a plus
