Job Description

Customer Service:Greeting customers, taking orders accurately (often using a point-of-sale system), and handling transactions.
Food Preparation:Preparing food items according to Burger King's recipes and standards, which may include grilling, assembling burgers, and preparing other menu items.
Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment:Sanitizing surfaces, cleaning equipment, and ensuring the restaurant adheres to hygiene and safety standards.
Teamwork:Working collaboratively with other crew members to ensure efficient service, especially during busy periods.
Cash Handling:Accurately handling cash and other forms of payment.
Following Procedures:Adhering to Burger King's established procedures for food preparation, safety, and customer service.

Additional Aspects:

Flexibility: Crew members may work in various areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, front counter, or drive-thru.
Problem-Solving: Addressing customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Training and Development: Participating in training to learn new skills and improve performance.
