Head Accountant – Brotein Bistro 📍 Location: Nashik / Pune (On-site) About Us Brotein Bistro is India’s first protein-focused QSR brand, serving guilt-free goodness through protein desserts, coffee, and healthier versions of junk food. Curated by MasterChef Ulka Santra and founded by Omkar Shendage, we are expanding rapidly with café outlets, kiosks, and franchise models across India. Role Overview We are seeking a Head Accountant to lead our financial operations, oversee compliance, and build strong financial systems to support our growth. The role involves end-to-end management of accounting processes, cost control, franchise models, and reporting directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Lead the finance & accounts function across multiple outlets (CCM, ABS, Express models). Prepare P&L statements, MIS reports, and cash flow analyses for management. Manage COGS benchmarking, delivery platform commissions (Swiggy/Zomato), and rent agreements. Handle GST, TDS, payroll, vendor payments, and statutory compliances. Support franchise FOCO and equity financial modeling. Coordinate with CEO/PA on vendor negotiations, investor reports, and cost optimization. Supervise and train junior accountants to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Requirements M.Com / MBA in Finance (or equivalent professional qualification). 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in QSR, hospitality, or retail. Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, Petpooja POS, and MS Excel. Ability to create financial models and support investor relations.
