A Full Stack Developer Role and Life at Engagifii We are looking for a hands-on, seasoned full-stack developer who will be responsible for creating robust cloud-based web applications with usability, scalability, extensibility, and supportability in mind. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and Angular. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex issues in code and system architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Work with Azure cloud services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring applications. Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code and other generative AI assistants to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing. Utilize AI-driven automation to optimize CI/CD pipelines, improve code quality, and speed up delivery processes. Participate actively in technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions. Prepare and deliver presentations on advanced .NET, Angular, Azure, AI, and related technologies to internal teams or developer communities. Engage with local/global developer communities, contribute to open-source projects, or organize/participate in meetups and tech talks. Drive innovation by experimenting with new technologies and building proof-of-concepts (POCs). Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions. Required Skills and Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with strong expertise in .NET Core and Angular (2+). Fair knowledge of Python and Node.js to support AI/ML integration, backend scripting, or microservices. Solid understanding of database modelling, SQL Queries with experience on SQL Server, PostgreSQL Deep understanding of advanced concepts including asynchronous programming, dependency injection, design patterns, and performance tuning. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Angular framework. Solid experience with Azure cloud services like App Services, Azure Functions and Azure SQL. Solid experience on Background Processes, Queue Management, Event Drriven Architecture Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or similar. Hands-on experience with advance search and caching frameworks like ElasticSearch, Redis, Vector Databases. Familiarity with platforms like Llamaindex, Langchain, N8N, Vercel Understanding of how generative AI can be applied to automate code generation, bug detection, testing, and documentation. Experience with Playwright or Selenium driver is a plus Experience with frameworks - Laravel, FastAPI, Next.js will be a big plus Demonstrated passion for technology through contributions to developer communities, open-source projects, or tech blogs. Experience in delivering presentations, workshops, or training sessions on technical topics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Department: Engineering Reports To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Location: India Type: Full-Time Purpose of the Role To drive productivity, quality, accountability, and growth within the engineering team by managing performance, enforcing process discipline, and fostering a motivated, high-performing development culture that supports timely and stable product delivery. Core Responsibilities & Expectations 1. Resource Planning & Visibility Own and maintain the Engagifii Resource Allocation Dashboard. Ensure two weeks of forward-looking visibility and a historical record of developer task assignments. Track and update: Ticket assignments and development priorities PTO/UPL schedules for all team members Use visibility data to manage resource allocation, planning, and developer bandwidth. 2. Code Quality & Review Discipline Enforce that no code is pushed to production without: Formal code review (with API performance checks) Unit tests confirmed and validated Lead and document code review sessions every Monday and Thursday. Follow up on review completion, developer-reviewer collaboration, and gap resolution. 3. Team Performance Analysis & Development Conduct monthly performance reviews to identify: Strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth Lead documented 1:1 coaching sessions with each developer monthly. Provide feedback, set developmental goals, and align on training/support needs. 4. Team Motivation & Holistic Support Monitor team morale and individual well-being. Collaborate with HR/CTO to evaluate performance trajectories and define promotion or improvement paths. Success Metrics Dashboard Accuracy: Real-time, clean visibility into resource allocation and future planning. Code Review Compliance: 100% of tickets reviewed and merged per protocol. Growth Conversations: Documented, consistent 1:1 coaching and development check-ins. Early Issue Detection: Risks and blockers identified before impacting delivery. Team Health: High team engagement, low attrition, positive developer feedback.
