Credit Recovery Executive

Location: Newtown ( Eco ark Gate 2)
Industry: Testing & Analytical Services
Experience Required: 3- 7 years (with B2B recovery experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Collection Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with business clients to recover outstanding dues and accelerate cash flow.
• Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile customer ledgers accurately and regularly to ensure account balances are up to date.
• Delinquency Management: Reduce delinquencies and ensure resolution of disputes within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Receivables Management: Minimize the amount and aging of overdue receivables by implementing effective recovery strategies.
• Client Coordination: Maintain professional and effective communication with clients to address payment issues and facilitate timely recovery.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare recovery status reports and maintain updated records of collection efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in B2B Collections / Credit Recovery (preferably in service-based or analytical industries)
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle client escalations and resolve disputes amicably
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in the Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) or Analytical Services sector is a plus
• Hands-on experience managing B2B receivables and recovery processes
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts
