As a Credit & Dispatch Manager, your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing credit policies in alignment with company objectives - Monitoring outstanding receivables, tracking overdue accounts, and ensuring timely collections - Preparing and presenting credit risk reports, including DSO, overdue percentage, and bad debt ratio - Collaborating with sales and finance teams to balance credit risk and business growth In terms of Dispatch & Logistics, you will be responsible for: - Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely dispatch of goods - Ensuring accurate documentation for each dispatch (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.) - Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers - Resolving dispatch-related issues such as delays, shortages, or damages - Optimizing dispatch planning to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency - Maintaining strong coordination between credit control and dispatch to prevent releasing goods to high-risk/overdue customers Additionally, you will need to focus on: - Ensuring dispatches are blocked/held for customers exceeding credit limits or defaulting - Enforcing company policies to prevent financial and operational risks - Ensuring compliance with taxation, invoicing, and statutory requirements in dispatch operations You will also be responsible for supervising and training credit control and dispatch teams, acting as a liaison between sales, finance, warehouse, and logistics for a smooth order-to-cash cycle, and providing clear reporting to senior management on credit exposure, collections, and dispatch performance.
