Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Explain product features and benefits to clients. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in telesales.
• 12th qualification.
• Proficient in Hindi; basic understanding of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record-keeping.
