Job Description

The Credit Card Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to individual and corporate clients, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service during the sales process. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential customers and explain credit card features and benefits. Generate leads through field visits, telecalling, and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company. Assist customers in filling out application forms and collecting required documents (KYC). Ensure accurate and complete application submission. Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospective clients. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries related to credit cards. Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. Basic Work Details:Target-Oriented Role: Must meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Work Type: Field sales + office work. Product Knowledge: Awareness of credit card features, charges, and benefits. Customer Interaction: Direct selling to individuals or corporate clients.
