Role Overview:
We are looking for a Credit Assessment Officer who will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, analyzing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess loan applications, documents, and financial statements.
• Analyze applicants’ credit history, income, liabilities, and repayment capacity.
• Coordinate with clients, telecallers, and processing officers to collect required information.
• Check eligibility as per bank/NBFC guidelines and ensure timely submission of cases.
• Recommend loan approvals, modifications, or rejections based on assessment.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and reports.
• Support sanctioning, disbursement, and deal closure processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in credit assessment, loan processing, or banking (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial ratios, CIBIL reports, and loan eligibility checks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
