Credit Analyst/Senior Credit Analyst - Corporates

As a Senior Credit Analyst at the company, your role will involve supporting S&P primary analysts across different regions to monitor credit ratings for issuers from various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business performance by evaluating industry dynamics, regulatory trends, macroeconomic risks, competitive position, and financial trends - Analyzing financial performance by understanding accounting standards, financial governance, liquidity factors, and capital structure - Assisting in the preparation of detailed financial models and credit research reports - Ensuring process adherence, quality control, and adding analytical inputs as necessary - Building relationships with the S&P team and managing client expectations - Providing analytical mentoring to junior team members and implementing team-level initiatives To excel in this role, you must possess: - Prior experience in analyzing company's financial and operational performance - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Sharp analytical thinking - Understanding of industry risks, competitive forces, accounting, and financial analysis - Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and innovative thinking - Ability to build client relations and work effectively under pressure Qualifications required: - Two years full-time MBA in Finance or equivalent OR CA Preferred qualifications: - Two years full-time MBA in Finance or equivalent OR CA Mandatory Skills: - Financial ratios forecasting - Report writing - Credit Risk Analysis,
