Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sr Creator (Copy + Content) at Plan B, you will play a vital role in shaping the voice and narrative of the brand across various customer touchpoints. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging written content that resonates with the audience, emphasizes the emotional and functional advantages of the products, and establishes a compelling brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Define and enhance the brand's tone of voice and ensure consistency in messaging across different platforms. - Develop captivating narratives for product launches, brand campaigns, retention strategies, and partnerships. - Create impactful copy for digital advertisements, product descriptions, websites, social media posts, emails, packaging, and internal communications. - Maintain high writing standards by ensuring clarity, creativity, brand alignment, and grammatical excellence in all deliverables. - Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and growth teams to generate ideas that drive conversions and foster customer loyalty. - Tailor the copy to resonate with the emotions, needs, and aspirations of parents while reinforcing Plan B's brand values. - Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagement rates to enhance the effectiveness of the copy. - Stay updated on emerging content formats, styles, and trends to keep the brand's communication dynamic, bold, and impactful. Qualification Required: - 3-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably with direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands in the apparel, lifestyle, or parenting sectors. - Demonstrable portfolio showcasing proficiency in writing various formats including long-form storytelling, concise digital ads, social media captions, and product messaging. - In-depth understanding of brand tone, audience insights, and digital content trends. - Ability to seamlessly transition between persuasive marketing copy and authentic brand storytelling. - Strong project management and time management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. - Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills, receptive to feedback and open to iterative improvements. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field. Note: Salary offered is between 6,50,000 - 8,00,000 per year along with a Performance Bonus. The position is based in Mumbai and requires full-time office work.,
