Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Visualizer to bring complex ideas to life through compelling design. In this role, you’ll lead the creative direction, producing high-quality visual content across various media, while collaborating with teams to align designs with client goals and behavioral insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for advertising campaigns, branding projects, and digital media.
• Develop and execute graphic strategies, including lighting, color theory, and composition techniques to elevate the visual narrative.
• Translate briefs and behavioral insights into innovative visual concepts that meet campaign goals.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and strategists to ensure alignment between visual content and campaign messaging.
• Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring a fresh perspective to each project.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Visualization, Graphic Design, and Composition Techniques
• Advanced expertise in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong foundation in drawing, illustration, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or related creative environment (mandatory)
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating both creativity and effectiveness
• Experience in integrating psychological or behavioral insights into visual storytelling is a plus
