Creative Visualiser

You will be responsible for bringing complex ideas to life through compelling design as a Senior Visualizer at Capio Interactive. Your role will involve leading the creative direction, producing high-quality visual content, and collaborating with teams to align designs with client goals and behavioral insights. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for advertising campaigns, branding projects, and digital media. - Develop and execute graphic strategies, including lighting, color theory, and composition techniques to elevate the visual narrative. - Translate briefs and behavioral insights into innovative visual concepts that meet campaign goals. - Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and strategists to ensure alignment between visual content and campaign messaging. - Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables. - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring a fresh perspective to each project. Required Skills and Competencies: - Proficiency in Visualization, Graphic Design, and Composition Techniques. - Advanced expertise in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). - Strong foundation in drawing, illustration, lighting, and visual storytelling. - Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or related creative environment (mandatory). - A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design work, demonstrating both creativity and effectiveness. - Experience in integrating psychological or behavioral insights into visual storytelling is a plus.
