Creative Visual Merchandiser (Apparel)

You will be responsible for creating a visually appealing shopping experience to increase sales and attract customers" attention while ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Your role as a Creative Retail Visual Merchandiser will involve the following key responsibilities: - Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy. - Create eye-catching visual displays that guide customers throughout the store. - Develop window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotional displays. - Identify key messages and establish a clear brand image. - Collaborate with assistant merchandisers to generate and refine design ideas. - Ensure alignment with the organization's culture, products, image, and target market. - Supervise display production and provide guidance to staff on arranging displays. - Update displays to showcase new product launches and reflect seasonal or festive themes. - Stay updated on lifestyle, demographics, and design trends. - Actively participate in new store openings, including travel to upcountry locations. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following candidate requirements: - 3-5 years of proven work experience in apparel as a Visual Merchandiser at the Cluster/Area level. - Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio. - Solid experience in field visual merchandising, encompassing window displays, interior displays, and space utilization. - Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools. - Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Creative and innovative thinking abilities. - Capability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results. - BS degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, or a related field with a design background.,
