Creative Trainers

As a Creative Trainer at WING (World Imagination Nurturing Group), you will play a crucial role in bringing creativity, communication, and imagination into classrooms through the WING Video Lab curriculum for Media Literacy. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire students and guide them through the Video Lab journey, teaching not only filmmaking skills but also fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and storytelling abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct creative classroom sessions covering various aspects such as storytelling, green screen techniques, short film production, news production, podcasting, and the usage of Canva. - Mentor students in their projects, which may include creating ads, short films, podcasts, and reels. - Teach the fundamentals of camera operation, lighting techniques, and sound principles. - Manage session flow effectively, handle props, and maintain accurate documentation. - Collaborate with schools to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Classroom/workshop facilitation skills are essential for this role. - Basic knowledge of filmmaking, camera operations, and Canva is required. - Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. - Willingness to travel as needed for the job. - Preference will be given to candidates with a background in camera or theatre. - A Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communication, Education, or relevant experience totaling 13 years is necessary for this position.
