At WING (World Imagination Nurturing Group), we bring creativity, communication, and imagination into classrooms through our WING Video Lab curriculum for Media Literacy . Students learn by creating short films, ads, podcasts, green screen projects, stop-motion, news production, and social media content. We are expanding our team in Raipur and Pune and looking for passionate trainers who can inspire students and guide them through the Video Lab journey —teaching not just filmmaking skills, but also critical thinking, teamwork, and storytelling. What you’ll do: 🎬 Conduct creative classroom sessions (storytelling, green screen, short film production, news production, podcasting, Canva, etc.) 👩‍🏫 Mentor students in projects (ads, short films, podcasts, reels) 🎥 Teach basics of camera, lighting & sound 📑 Manage session flow, props, and documentation 🤝 Coordinate with schools & ensure project outcomes Must have: ✔ Classroom/Workshop facilitation skills ✔ Basic filmmaking, camera & Canva knowledge ✔ Strong communication (Hindi + English) ✔ Willingness to travel ✨ Preference: Camera or Theatre background Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Media/Film/Communication/Education or relevant experience (1–3 years).
