As a Creative Trainer at WING (World Imagination Nurturing Group), you will have the opportunity to bring creativity, communication, and imagination into classrooms through the WING Video Lab curriculum for Media Literacy. Students will learn various skills by creating short films, ads, podcasts, green screen projects, stop-motion animations, news production, and social media content. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct creative classroom sessions covering storytelling, green screen techniques, short film production, news production, podcasting, and Canva. - Mentor students in projects such as ads, short films, podcasts, and reels. - Teach the basics of camera operation, lighting setup, and sound recording. - Manage session flow, props, and documentation effectively. - Coordinate with schools to ensure successful project outcomes. **Qualifications Required:** - Classroom/workshop facilitation skills are essential. - Basic knowledge of filmmaking, camera operation, and Canva is required. - Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are necessary. - Willingness to travel for work is a must. - Preference will be given to candidates with a background in camera or theatre.
