Creative Technologist - Video

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Technologist with expertise in video, automation, and generative AI to design and build advanced demos, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and hands-on labs. This role focuses on developing scalable, reusable, and innovative solutions that demonstrate the value of next-generation video workflows, automation, and AI-powered content creation.

The ideal candidate blends creativity with strong technical proficiency, with the ability to translate complex production tasks into automated, intelligent workflows that enhance speed, scale, and consistency for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build automated video and motion graphics workflows using tools such as Premiere Pro-type editors, motion design tools, and low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Workfront Fusion, Power Automate, n8n).
• Create and maintain dynamic motion templates, motion graphic templates, and JSON-driven pipelines to automate large-scale video personalization.
• Develop interactive UI components, panels, and custom interfaces (React, Vue, or similar) to demonstrate automation, AI integration, and workflow acceleration.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, engineering, and marketing teams to convert manual post-production processes into intelligent, repeatable systems.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and integrate them into video and motion workflows using APIs, scripting, and automation endpoints.
• Build reusable, scalable demos and PoCs that clearly communicate technical value to enterprise stakeholders.

What You ll Need

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience building automation workflows with platforms such as Workfront Fusion, Power Automate, or n8n preferably for creative or media production use cases.
• Deep working knowledge of professional video editing and motion graphics tools, including motion template creation, scripting, and linked workflows.
• Familiarity with creative design applications and how they integrate into automated or templated production pipelines.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON structures, and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to work with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and backend logic using Node.js.
• Strong understanding of creative automation, motion design principles, and user experience for AI-assisted video workflows.
• Passion for reimagining video production using AI, automation, and generative technologies to deliver faster, consistent, brand-aligned output.
