Creative Strategist

As a member of the SciPlay team, you will play a crucial role in developing high performing campaigns for User Acquisition (UA) and Retargeting (RT), as well as improving app store conversions through App Store Optimization (ASO). Your creativity and analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze creative performance, develop data-driven strategies, and write ad briefs that resonate with our audience. Your attention to detail and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential as you drive creative testing, research competitors" strategies, and ensure our creative production remains fresh and competitive. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze creative performance to measure effectiveness and identify resonating creatives. - Develop data-driven creative strategies and engaging concepts aligned with campaign objectives. - Find new creative approaches, experiment, and optimize existing creatives. - Write data-driven and creative ad briefs. - Drive creative testing with hypotheses to gain insights and identify opportunities. - Research competitors" strategies and mobile gaming trends for creative innovation. - Partner with UA, RT, and ASO teams to align strategies with marketing goals. - Collaborate with game teams to reflect product features in creative strategies. - Work closely with the Art Team to execute the creative strategy and review concepts and ads. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills. - Creative thinker with the ability to create multiple messages and concepts. - Keen eye for details. - Knowledge of social, gaming, analytics, and advertising industries. - Experience or genuine interest in game design. - Understanding of UA, RT, and ASO strategy and tactics is advantageous. - Experience in overseeing creative campaigns is a plus. - Agency experience is advantageous.
