As a Creative Producer at Revamp, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end content production from idea to execution, bringing the essence of Revamp to life through captivating storytelling. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and producing content that highlights our spaces, craftsmanship, and design philosophy. If you excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong organizational and project management skills, and have a passion for transforming ideas into visually stunning stories, then we are excited to meet you. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading on-ground shoots, overseeing planning, scripting, scheduling, coordination, and execution with a focus on quality and efficiency - Managing entire production workflows, handling logistics, locations, crew, and talent to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content - Directing and supervising post-production processes, ensuring cohesive storytelling through precise edits, music selection, color grading, and motion graphics - Owning the content calendar by conceptualizing, scripting, and producing 8-10 short-form videos per week in alignment with campaign briefs and platform trends - Staying updated on trends, pitching fresh creative ideas, and executing them in line with emerging formats and viral moments - Collaborating with editors, designers, and marketing teams to maintain brand tone and aesthetic consistency in all content pieces - Managing budgets, vendors, and timelines with a meticulous and solution-oriented approach - Creating storyboards and shot plans to translate creative concepts into visually compelling narratives - Directing talent and DOPs on set to ensure each frame captures the intended emotion, angle, and purpose - Maintaining a central content library and production tracker to ensure uniformity, copyright compliance, and documentation across projects - Being hands-on and willing to engage in scripting, shooting, or reviewing edits when necessary - Leveraging strong connections with local vendors to secure equipment promptly at optimal costs Key Skills Required: - Content Production - Shoot Direction - Storyboarding - Trendspotting - Scriptwriting - Video Production - Short-form Content - Editing Supervision - Project Management - Creative Strategy - Social Media Storytelling Joining Urban Company will provide you with the opportunity to work on narratives that define categories and influence not only our business but also the broader culture of work, care, and dignity.
