Creative Operations Associate

Paid role:

You'll be working directly with the founder to help bring creative ideas to life - from concept to execution. The work will change week to week, sometimes even day to day. One moment you might be coordinating a small creative task, the next you could be researching something new, managing a deliverable, or handling a quick execution detail to keep projects moving.

• Take ownership of small and large tasks across creative and operational workflows.

• Manage and execute one-off requests quickly and accurately — no task too small, no problem too vague.

• Communicate with freelancers, vendors, or platforms when needed to move projects forward.

• Organize, track, and ensure timely completion of ongoing projects.

• Learn how Al, storytelling, and design come together in the filmmaking process.

• Anticipate what needs to be done next — and do it.
