Job Description

As a Creative in Marketing at Google, you will bring visual, design, written, and experiential acumen to Google products and services, across various media, content, channels, and experiences. Your role will involve working in a flexible environment, being receptive to new influences, and collaborating with a cross-functional team and vendor partners to develop innovative solutions. You will be actively involved in designing, mocking, writing, and prototyping, emphasizing a show-don't-tell approach. Your primary focus will be on inspiring breakthrough creative work aligned with the Google Marketing brand, providing clear direction, and constructive feedback to drive progress. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key AI projects, from conceptualization to achieving business objectives. - Manage creative development pipelines, facilitating collaborations between internal teams and external agencies to create exceptional campaign assets. - Utilize AI to brainstorm, create, and scale marketing content, guiding agency partners and vendor teams to expedite go-to-market strategies. - Promote the internal adoption of AI tools by developing best practices, playbooks, and use cases for marketing and product teams to drive innovation. - Produce case studies and thought leadership content to showcase AI successes in India Marketing, positioning the team as an industry pioneer and influencing the future of AI in marketing. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in a creative discipline such as writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, or photography. - A portfolio demonstrating experience in Brand, Interactive, Conceptual, Experiential, or Technology design. Preferred Qualifications: - 8 years of experience in brand marketing within a creative agency ecosystem. - Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and creative decision-making. - Proven track record of working collaboratively with creative teams, agencies, TVCs, and external stakeholders, showcasing strong program management skills.
