Creative Head - Marketing

You will be joining a well-established 43-year-old organization that specializes in a diverse product line including Pumps, Motors, Fans, Appliances, Geysers, Lighting, Solar Panels, Solar Pumps, and Agri Equipment. The organization boasts in-house manufacturing facilities located in Rajkot, Gujarat, and has a workforce of over 5000 employees spread across 24 branches pan India. As a Manager Marketing / Creative Head, you will be based at the Head Office in Rajkot, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in this field and will be employed on a full-time basis. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the coordination of all design, creative, and graphics aspects of digital marketing campaigns and packaging throughout the organization. You should possess a strong background in digital creative work, design, and packaging design, with a proven track record of executing high-impact marketing campaigns to drive brand growth. Market visits to gather insights will also be part of your routine tasks. To excel in this role, you are required to have a B.Tech/BE/MBA-Marketing degree along with substantial experience in system management, good subject knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to handle manpower efficiently. It is essential to have relevant industry experience in electrical companies and possess in-depth product knowledge related to Fans, Lighting, Appliances, and Geysers. Familiarity with the geography, basic distribution knowledge, and a sound understanding of the fundamental sales functions are mandatory. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are equally important for this role. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing strategy, creativity, and design. Proficiency in system operations, Excel, and presentation software is preferred. Excellent time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills will be crucial to succeed in this position.
