The Site Specialist role requires optimizing the customer journey to facilitate easy and effective offer purchases. You will ensure accurate conveyance of pricing and offer details from Category Management teams to upper funnel ops teams, as well as supervise the correct execution of offers on upper funnel site placements. Acting as a liaison between CMs, Creative teams, and Site operations teams, you will coordinate operating timelines and procedures. Additionally, you will assist in mapping site tagging to correct data points for merchandising placements within your scope. Your responsibilities will include executing online merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, improve conversion rates, and reduce bounce rates. You must manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines, ensure proper functioning of site offers, resolve issues promptly, compile promotional information for creative and authoring teams, and collaborate with operations, finance, and analytics departments. Attending promotional calls and accurately logging site placements and promotions are also crucial aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or possess at least 4 years of similar experience in site merchandising.
