Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ideation, strategy, and execution of

    across digital, social, and offline platforms.
  • Mentor and manage the creative team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Translate marketing objectives into creative concepts that resonate with students and parents.
  • Oversee all aspects of creative output including design, video production, photography, and branding.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and admissions teams to align creative strategies with institutional goals.
  • Keep the brand identity

    fresh, relevant, and aligned with trends

    in both design and education marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven creative leadership experience in the education/edtech sector.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing

    education branding and campaign work.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
