Creative Group Head - Design

Role Overview: As a Creative Group Head in the Design team, your role involves approaching project briefs with an outgoing, energetic, and creative manner. Research is crucial to understand your audience and client needs. You will be responsible for thinking creatively, developing new design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on the brief. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with copywriters, designers, and client servicing. Additionally, you should be open to learning and growing, acquiring new skills and adapting to modern technology trends. Having experience in managing and leading a team of designers is a prerequisite for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Work systematically and in an organized manner on projects to meet team expectations. - Illustrate ideas in various looks and styles, and effectively translate them visually for the team. - Handle work pressure efficiently, multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Manage a team of 2-3 designers and demonstrate proactive initiative in project execution. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a design role. - Strong proficiency in graphic design, layout design, and concept development. - Excellent team player with a collaborative approach. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously learn and grow. - Prior experience in managing and leading a team of designers is essential.,
