Creative Graphic Designer

As a Creative Graphic Designer at Monolith IMC, you will be a part of our dynamic creative team, assisting in the creation of visually appealing designs for both our esteemed clients and internal projects. Your role will involve collaborating with the senior design team to understand project requirements, designing creatives for ad campaigns, social media, and branding materials, and ensuring consistency in design across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design and be eager to learn and enhance their design skills. While any degree or diploma is accepted, exceptional skills will be prioritized over formal education. Fluency in English is preferred for effective communication within the team. Your responsibilities will include creating illustrations, layouts, and visual elements that align with client expectations, staying updated with design trends to apply them effectively in projects, and working in collaboration with the senior design team to deliver high-quality collateral outputs. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in print designs or mainline experience. This is a full-time position located in Cochin, with working hours from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
