Company Description Raatai Handloom is a purpose-driven startup manufacturing DIY portable handlooms. We offer a unique studio and school-based experience that introduces weaving, and hand-based crafts to people of all ages — from young children to seniors. Role Description We are hiring female Creative Facilitators to teach weaving and creative activities for children from KG to Grade 5 in reputed schools across Gurugram (Palam Vihar, MG Road, Manesar, Sector 37C, South City II). This is a full-time, on-site role. You’ll be responsible for: Conducting interactive weaving Guiding students in a structured and engaging way Preparing creative materials and maintaining session setup Promoting eco-conscious practices and sustainable craft Collaborating with the Raatai team and school partners to ensure smooth delivery Qualifications Any Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Arts/Crafts/Education – not mandatory) Strong communication and classroom presence Passion for working with children Creative mindset with energy, patience, and empathy Experience in weaving, dyeing, or creative fields is a plus, but not required — training will be provided Knowledge of sustainable practices is an added advantage Inclusivity Statement We warmly welcome applications from: Single parents looking for flexible, meaningful work Women from artisan families Freshers who want to build a purpose-driven career in education and sustainability Apply - https://forms.gle/tJcaxZ1EU1heaL8L9 Show more Show less
