Creative executive assistant

As a Creative Executive Assistant at Murambi Farms & Jigar, your role will involve working directly with the founder across both ventures, Murambi Farms and Jigar Sports. This hands-on and fast-paced 2-month role in Mumbai requires a combination of creativity, communication, and coordination. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy content creation, working with athletes, and managing end-to-end projects. **Responsibilities:** - Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality reels for Murambi Farms and Jigar - Conduct athlete interviews, BTS shoots, and on-ground content creation for Jigar - Develop professional PowerPoint presentations and brand decks - Create aesthetic visual designs and data visualizations for reports and sponsor presentations - Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms - Manage and grow Instagram and other social media handles for both ventures - Coordinate with third-party events and influencers - Respond to DMs, enquiries, and collaboration requests - Support with admin tasks, scheduling, and communication follow-ups **Qualifications:** - Based in Mumbai - Proficient in shooting and editing using tools like CapCut, VN, Adobe, or similar - Skilled in PowerPoint, Canva, or Keynote for clean design and data presentation - Comfortable and confident in front of the camera with strong articulation skills - Possess an eye for aesthetics, structure, and storytelling - Responsible, dependable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment **Additional Details:** The role offers a monthly compensation ranging from 5,000 to 10,000, depending on skills and experience. Travel expenses and meals during shoots are covered.
