Role Overview: You will be joining GoodScore as a Video Creative Producer, focusing on creating high-converting video ads and compelling product videos. Your role will involve leading the conceptualization and production of video ad content, analyzing performance to improve output, creating product videos, planning and executing social media campaigns, collaborating with the team for innovative content ideas, and handling all aspects of video production to maintain high quality. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the conceptualization and production of high-impact video ad content for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, targeting the audience and driving conversions. - Work with the growth team to conceptualize experiments, analyze performance, and improve video ad output iteratively. - Create compelling explainer and educational videos for the app and social media channels to effectively communicate features and benefits. - Plan and execute social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, tailoring content based on customer personas. - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and generate innovative content ideas that align with marketing strategies. - Handle all aspects of video production, including storyboarding, managing actors, shooting, and post-production to maintain brand standards. Qualifications: - 2-4 years of content production experience, with a focus on video production for ads. - Proven track record in creating high-converting video ads for D2C brands. - Strong understanding of video ad elements that drive performance, preferably with experience in the fintech industry. - Hands-on experience in all aspects of video production, from storyboarding to post-production. - Excellent academic record. - Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week at the Bellandur office. - Strong understanding of customer personas and social media dynamics. - Experience in writing and creating content for various social media channels. - Ability to develop content in English and Hinglish.,
